The "No-Hub" wrench measures torque when it is turned in the clockwise (right hand) direction and ratchets when turned counterclockwise. When the band screw is correctly tightened, the wrench releases so that the handle can continue turning but the drive socket cannot. Additional turning only results in additional clicking-but no additional tightening.
