Shipping - Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns only for items purchased from Castle Wholesalers. Proof of purchase required.
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order and may not be returned without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). We will not accept returns older than 30 days after receipt by customer.
Call 301-699-2206 to obtain your RGA. Any items returned without an RGA will be refused. This also applies to items returned to our warehouses that were originally shipped.
- All items must be returned with all the parts that the manufacturer included with the product and non-defective products must be in
new condition and returned in the undamaged package originally supplied by the manufacturer.
- Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Check payments must clear the bank before any refunds may be applied to the transaction. Refunds by check may take 2 weeks after receipt of items.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and restocking fees if any. If the return is due to our error, shipping charges
will be refunded with the purchase price. If the return is not due to our error, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Defective items will be replaced only, shipped free of charge and any return shipping charges will be refunded.
- If an order is cancelled in route or refused we will refund the purchase price less the actual shipping charges we incurred,
not the original amount paid by the customer. All return freight charges will be the amount the carrier actually charges, not the amount Castle Wholesalers originally charged. We strongly suggest a reputable carrier for all returns.
- Castle Wholesalers reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of any merchandise at any time for any reason.

Shipping - Shortages and Damages
Shortages and Damages at Time of Delivery: All shortages and damages MUST be
noted on the freight bill and/or the bill of lading at TIME OF DELIVERY. The
customer is advised to keep a signed copy of the freight bill and bill of lading
for all shipments. All orders with an unreasonable amount of damage should be
refused and documented on all shipping papers. All shortages and damages should
be reported to Castle and the carrier as soon as possible. Castle is not
responsible for shortages on the freight bill. A delivery charge will not be
applied for replacement of short or damaged goods. Any questionable denting,
rounded corners, gouging, etc. should be noted on all shipping papers because
damages might not be apparent at time of delivery.
Shortages and Damages in Packing: All our orders are double checked to mitigate
shortages in packing. Even with this precaution, occasional shortages will occur.
All shortages and damages in packing must be reported within 48 hours after
receipt. Shortages and damages not reported within 48 hours shall be declined. A
delivery charge will not be applied for replacement of short or damaged goods.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Pictures and artist renderings
may vary from the actual products. Not all items represented on this web site are
available for shipment. We may offer, upon request, special pricing on an
individual item basis. Please call for special pricing requests.

Access to this web site, possession of advertising, marketing or any other
material or representation does not constitute authority to buy from Castle
Wholesalers. The acceptance of a quote, acknowledgement, confirmation or any
other communication or representation does not constitute a commitment of Castle
Wholesalers. Castle Wholesalers reserves the right, at any time, to limit, to
accept or to decline any order for any reason. We do not put orders on hold for
any reason. Orders will not be shipped unless the Customer has
accepted the terms and conditions of sale set forth by Castle Wholesalers. Acceptance must be made
at time of checkout by checking the Acceptance checkbox on payment order form.
At Castle Wholesalers discretion, an order acknowledgement form may be faxed to the
customer once an order is received by Castle Wholesalers and
the customer must sign and fax back to Castle Wholesalers prior to order processing.

Shipping - Sales Tax
Sales tax shall be charged on all orders shipped inside Maryland. Sales tax will
not be charged on shipments inside Maryland if documentation exempting such
shipments is received. SALES TAX EXEMPTION FROM ANOTHER STATE OTHER THAN MARYLAND
IS NOT VALID IN MARYLAND. ONLY MARYLAND SALES TAX EXEMPTION IS VALID IN MARYLAND.
Orders delivered outside Maryland shall be free of sales tax.

Out of stock items should be reordered, we do not currently backorder. However,
we will back order specially ordered items.

Order paid by check will be held for check clearance: 5 working days for Cashiers Checks and 10 working days for all other checks.

Pick-Up - Returns and Refunds
All claims must be accompanied by invoice within 5 days, all items must be
returned with all the parts that the manufacturer included with the product and
non-defective products must be in new condition and returned in the undamaged
package originally supplied by the manufacture. Refund by merchandise credit only
with the exception of cash refunds on the same day of purchase and if originally
paid in cash. Ridgid electric cleaners are covered under manufacture warranty and
must be returned to their service center. Castle does not accept returns of these
products. All windows, bath, and kitchen cabinets are returnable only if
undamaged. These items must be inspected carefully for any defects before
purchase. Please note that we accept returns only for items purchased from
Castle.

Pick-Up - Pricing and Availability
Discounts on large quantity purchases of a particular item may be available on a one time basis by request. Castle Wholesalers is not responsible for typographical errors and we reserve the right to limit purchase quantities.
