Shipping

Policies:

• Shipping rates shown are estimates only. Actual shipping rate will be faxed to you on your order acknowledgement form.
  
  
• If shipping rates are not shown at time of order placement, a rate will be given to you prior to shipment.
  
  
• Orders, unless instructed otherwise, less than 150 Lbs. will be shipped parcel carrier (i.e. UPS).
  
  
• Orders exceeding 150 Lbs. will be shipped LTL common carrier.
  
  
• Common carrier LTL freight charges will only appear on your order acknowledgement.
  
  
• Freight charges will include a handling charge for packing and materials.
  
  
• Shipping weights may be rounded up to the closest pound.
  
  
• Orders containing hazardous materials other than those classified ORM-D will only be shipped common carrier.
  
  
• Hazardous material shipments will incur an additional HAZMAT charge.
  
  
• ALL HAZMAT SHIPMENTS WILL BE GROUND DOMESTIC ONLY.
  
  
• International shipments and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may only be made with previous arrangements and are not available for hazardous materials of any kind.

Options:

Castle Wholesalers offers 3 options for shipping your purchases. Note that your billing address, must be confirmed and match your payment method whether by check or credit card.

1. Ship to Billing Address - ship an order to your billing address.
2. Ship to Separate Address - ship an order to an alternate address. (Verification may be required)
3. Ship to Multiple Addresses - split your order and send items to multiple destinations. (Verification may be required)
